THE NOTARY: Giovanni Vacirca

Giovanni Vacirca began his profession as a civil lawyer, also dealing with administrative law. He taught "corporate law" at the School of Notaries in Catania and "contracts" at the School of Notaries in Milan. He has been a consultant for years for important business groups and of companies, also listed on the stock exchange. He has written opinions, almost always at the request of other professionals or entities, on specific points of administrative, corporate, civil and tax law. For constant updating he also participates in conferences. He was also a speaker on the topic "Trusts and public and private foundations for the protection of art" held as part of a particular conference on "Art and law: the art market", accredited as a training event at the Council of the Milan Bar.
