THE NOTARY: Giuliana Vacirca

Notary Giuliana Vacirca, since she was young devoted to humanities, graduated from the classical high school Paolo Sarpi in Bergamo in 2007.

He immediately began his legal studies at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart of Milan, where he graduated in April 2013, with honors, discussing a thesis in commercial law with Prof. Gaetano Maria Giovanni Presti, relating to the extinguishing phase of companies and the known problem of the consequences on pending relationships and on contingent assets and liabilities.

Nell’estate 2013 frequenta la London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

In September 2015 he qualified to practice the legal profession.

In November 2016 he supported the writings of the notarial competition launched by Executive Decree 21 April 2016, a competition which he then passed, obtaining the appointment as Notary in Zanica with ministerial decree of 31 May 2019, and continuing pending the results both to attend notarial schools and the studies, first of his father in Bergamo, and then that of the Notaries Associates Giovanni Ricci and Alessandra Radaelli of Milan.

Since September 2019 she has therefore been enrolled in the role of the Notarial Council of the Bergamo District, and carries out her activity at the Zanica office and at the Bergamo office.

Notary Giuliana Vacirca assists his clients from the first consultation - identifying the most suitable legal instrument for the specific case - up to the complete realization of their interests, in compliance with the law and with particular attention to the profiles and tax consequences of the transaction, also as a function of a general cost saving, always well aware of the delicacy of the problems and balances with which one comes into contact in this profession, especially in the family and inheritance field.
